3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- HerbKranti accepts prepaid orders only through our secure payment gateway (UPI, debit / credit cards, net banking and supported wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available.
- We reserve the right to change prices, offers and coupon terms at any time without prior notice. Errors in pricing may lead to cancellation of the affected order with a full refund.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or non-serviceable locations. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Coupons & Promotions
Coupons are subject to their stated validity, minimum order value and usage limits. They cannot be exchanged for cash, combined unless expressly permitted, or applied retrospectively. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.
